British Energy Performance Certificates are a nationwide network of fully qualified & accredited energy assessors who speacialise in servicing the licenced & leisure sector.

Because our energy assessors are City & Guilds level 3 & 4 Dip NDA qualified they are able to prepare energy assessments for existing non-dwellings (restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, gyms etc...) and also for new build non-dwellings prior to their first occupancy (off plan commercial buildings prior to development).

By identifying inefficient Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) & lighting services the EPC empowers property owner’s act on CO2 emissions, to cut energy & fuel costs.

Our assessors will carry out a site visit in order to collect all the necessary data that is required in order to produce the energy performance certificate. Such data includes, measuring the premises, identifying different activities in each area (zones) and then allocating the correct HVAC & lighting systems to each zone. Data is then input into government approved software (iSBEM) in order to generate the physical certificate
