1. Energy Performance Certificate's
Required by law as of October 01st 2008 when a building is being SOLD, RENTED or CONSTRUCTED.
2. Land Registry Compliant Lease Plans
Required by law as of October 13th 2003 for all new leases granted for a term in excess of 7 years or existing leases with an unexpired term greater than 7 years.
3. Simplified Building Energy Model Calculations
A government led process in accordance with UK building regulations part L2 which calculates the energy performance of NEW COMMERCIAL BULDINGS and is required for Building Control sign off. |
